How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

• Notify the affected party of the removal if applicable

Counter-Notification

If you believe a link has been removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was made in error
• Your name, address, and telephone number
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal court
